Valparai is a beautiful hill station nicely tucked in the Anamalai Ranges of Western ghats. This town is abundantly blessed by the Mother nature with lush green forests and grasslands and beautiful silver streams. Occasional mists and light drizzle just adds another layer of beauty to this already gorgeous lady. Valparai is full of tea plantations . If you go to Valparai, you will most likely see a wild elephant. Valparai is at the juncture of three South Indian states of Kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu. Elephants migrate from Karnataka to Kerala and Tamilnadu and makes a temporary stay at Valparai. Valparai has rich Shola grasslands which feed the herds of Elephant. Its a blessing to watch the little baby elephants play with their mother.
